Information
Plan Ahead. Your appointment time will be reserved just for
you. We require a credit card at the time of booking a service. There
will be no charge made on the card unless our Policy for Cancellation
is not met. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly notify
us 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.Skipped appointments will
be charged to the card with which they were held. We confirm all
appointments at least 24 hours in advance. |
Checking
In
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your first
appointment to checkin. As a courtesy to the next scheduled client,
your treatment will end on time regardless of when your service
begins. |
What
to Wear
Swim suits are suitable for spa services that include Body
Treatments, although disposable spa apparel is available. For Massage
Therapies, most people wear nothing since you are always covered
with a sheet. However, you may wear underwear if you prefer. We
suggest that you do not shave your legs prior to any body treatments.
To avoid possible irritation, please do not schedule waxing and
body treatments on the same day. |
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services
but are appreciated. Please know the same quality service is provided
with or without a gratuity. It is customary to provide 10-20% gratuity
to the technician if the service met your expectations. |
